Common Questions

Frequently Asked Questions

Bookkeeping — Recording and organizing transactions, reconciling accounts, maintaining clean books in QuickBooks Online, Desktop, and other programs, and preparing monthly reports for internal use.

Tax Preparation — Individual, couple, and small-business tax return preparation, year-end record organization, and coordination between your books and tax documents.

Advisory & Financial Clarity — One-on-one conversations about business performance, cash flow and profitability review, and practical recommendations based on your numbers.

Cleanup work is one of our most common starting points. We review prior periods for errors, duplicates, or missing transactions, then organize your records so you have a dependable financial starting point going forward. If adjustments are needed, we'll always reach out to you first for approval before making any changes.

QuickBooks Online, QuickBooks Desktop, and other bookkeeping platforms, so we can typically adapt to whatever system you're already using — or help you get set up if you're starting fresh. Our goal isn't to change the software you use, but to make sure it's being used in the best way possible.

Since every customer's needs are a little different, pricing is structured to match — either fixed fee or hourly, depending on scope. Monthly bookkeeping starts at $100.00/hr and adjusts based on transaction volume. Tax preparation is $150.00/hr for all customers. Customers who enter into long-term service agreements typically see a lower per-hour rate, reflecting the ongoing nature of the work.
